How many jobs can I track for free?

The free tier lets you track up to 10 job applications. Upgrade to JobTracc Pro for unlimited tracking.

Where is my data stored?

All your data is stored locally on your device. We never upload or transmit your job applications to any server.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then Subscriptions. Find JobTracc Pro and tap Cancel Subscription.

I forgot my PIN. What do I do?

If you've enabled Face ID or Touch ID, you can use biometrics to unlock the app. Otherwise, you may need to reinstall the app, which will reset the PIN but also clear your local data.

Can I export my data?

Yes! JobTracc Pro subscribers can export all job application data to a CSV file directly from the Settings screen. It opens in Excel, Numbers, or Google Sheets.
